Accommodation
As you enter the barn through a hallway, on the left
is a large open beamed country kitchen-diner with traditional stone
flooring.
Fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, hood, microwave, dishwasher
and washing machine. There is a large pine table with six chairs.
French doors open on to the yard.
Straight ahead of the hallway is bedroom three/quiet room, with
traditional stone flooring and rugs. Curtains can be drawn to close
this room off entirely and create a small private space. The sofa
bed easily converts this room into a small double bedroom.
To the right of the hallway is the living room, again with stone
flooring, exposed beams and French doors to the yard. There are
traditional sofas and a chair, with TV and DVD.
From the living room, stairs take you to the landing.
Bedroom (1) has a king-size bed, exposed beams and a high ceiling.
There is an airing cupboard, wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest
of drawers with mirror.
Bedroom (2) has twin divan beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside
tables and a high ceiling. Both bedrooms are carpeted and look out
onto open farmland. The bathroom has vinyl flooring, a power shower
over a steel bath and pedestal basin with W.C which is also situated
on the first floor.
A cot, highchair,stair gates and playpen are also available on request.
The property is centrally heated. A small chest freezer is located
in the boiler house.
A large pine table with deckchairs, sun lounger and BBQ are also
provided for use in the yard. The yard is (so far) dog proof! There
is off road parking available. All Linen and towels provided.
